The differential rewind shaft is suitable for winding materials with different thickness. This shaft is specially designed for slitters to handle constant tension on multiple slit. Constant web tension will be maintained during the winding process. The friction element work independent from each other. The base shaft has multiple bladders, mounted with ball lock for reel holding. Automatic tension controlling through rotary union in dynamic state. The body is chromium plated and polished. Minimum roll width 12 mm with easy replaceable flat hose.
